TaxPenalty.app provides estimation tools and PDF reports. Access may include a limited free tier and paid day, monthly, or annual plans.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape at abusive rates, or use outputs as a substitute for professional advice where a professional is required.
Payments & refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Day passes last 24 hours from purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew until canceled via Stripe customer portal or by contacting support.
Because digital reports are delivered immediately, day-pass purchases are generally non-refundable once a report has been generated. Monthly and annual subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of first purchase if you have not heavily used the service — email support@taxpenalty.app. Chargebacks for ordinary use may result in account termination.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxPenalty.app is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
